The Christmas Mask

Masks are always a part of my Christmas Mantle.

For Christmas in 1920 R. Higgins did a stunning illustration of a a woman holding a Santa mask for a magazine cover.

With this poem:

"Is Father Christmas "real" you ask,

Or just a Myth to follow blindly?

One answers truly-He's the Mask

For all that's Kindly."
